Human Resources Representative (m/f/x)


  • Independent support and consultation of employees and executives in all personnel-related and labor law issues
  • Responsibility for the onboarding to deboarding process: creation and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, salary statements incl. remuneration statements, employer references as well as administrative documents
  • Steadfast contribution to the advancement of HR development
  • Involvement in strategic HR projects and will be responsible for the analysis, optimization, and implementation of HR processes
  • Planning and implementation of recruiting concepts and events, as well as HR marketing activities to enrich our talent pool and ensure a positive recruiting experience


  • Completed educational training, ideally in the commercial field and/or completed studies with a focus on human resources as well as professional experience
  • Result-oriented, structured and a professional work ethic
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills,
  • Attention to detail, solution orientated and good team spirit
