- Active control of the entire recruiting process for advisory and non-advisory functions - from job posting to contract signature
- As contact person and consultant you are responsible for ensuring a positive recruiting experience for all parties involved
- Planning and implementation of various target group-specific recruiting events and HR marketing activities to ensure a long-term talent pool through continuous networking
- Identification and development of new topics and markets to position CORE as an attractive tech employer and establish effective recruiting formats
