IT Recruiter Active Sourcing (m/f/x)


  • Responsibility for identifying future COREmembers via various channels and addressing them directly
  • Management of the entire recruiting process for our target groups: IT Consultant, Engineering and Operations as well as C-Positions to be filled
  • Development of target group-specific sourcing strategies for the acquisition of IT talents in our business segments
  • Continuous analysis of our KPI recruiting figures and derivation of appropriate measures
  • Learn about regular trends and movements in the employee market and use these new and innovative ways to uncover hidden talents


  • Completed studies with a focus on personnel and/or completed commercial training as well as sound professional experience in Active Sourcing
  • Through the continuous observation of the candidate market, your sourcing and addressing techniques are always up-to-date and oriented to best practices
  • You see yourself as a service provider and team player who is friendly and confident towards internal and external customers and who inspires others with his own positive attitude. Very good knowledge of German and English round off your profile
