Cloud Solutions Engineer / Hybrid Cloud Administrator (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect or a Cloud Administrator with Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 experience.  

Our efficient cloudnative environments for the health, finance and public sector deliver highest architecture quality through automation and (security) testing. 

Do you want to help us design, build and run client infrastructure and modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365? Are you interested into helping our clients migrate from on-premise infrastructure to hybrid or cloudnative environments? Here’s what we are looking for: 


  • You design concepts and processes complying with the highest security standards for the banking and health industry, making sure user, application & device management is transparent, structured and accountable. 
  • You design, deploy and operate hybrid cloud solutions (e.g. Azure AD Connect, Cloud Sync, Application Gateway) and help our clients migrate their workloads and productivity tools to Microsoft Azure and Office 365. 
  • You advise, setup and operate Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Gateways, Azure Web Apps, Azure CDN, Azure Front door and Firewall.
  • You design, implement, and operate Office 365 workloads (such as Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager 
  • You take care of configuring and monitoring Identity & Security services (SCIM, SAML, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Identity / O365, DLP & Information Protection). 
  • Manual and repetitive processes are boring – You are seeking for the best way to automate tasks, ramp-up and deployments of M365 or Azure workloads (PowerShell scripting, Microsoft PowerAutomate, Azure Blueprint) 
  • You take a leading role in the setup or administration of on-premises servers (Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, Print Server) and implementation and administration of virtualization architectures (HyperV and subsequently VMs) 
  • Your knowledge is sought after: Next to our clients, you will also empower, advise, and support your colleagues in leveraging the potential behind Azure and Microsoft 365 services. 


  • You love designing, building and operating mission critical (hybrid) cloud infrastructure that requires little maintenance due to its high quality, resiliency and robustness 
  • You are highly self-organized and plan your solutions end to end, preparing a project / implementation plan, defining work packages for yourself and your team and follow up progress to achieve highly qualitative and timely delivery 
  • You have a healthy interest in trying out new concepts and technology – ideally with a future vision to advance towards DevOps.
  • You know your way around the design and administration of on-premises infrastructure, ideally serving as baseline for a (hybrid) cloud migration 

Following skills will be considered as a plus in your application: 

  • You possess (working) knowledge of Infrastructure as code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef) 
  • You possess (working) knowledge of network administration, ideally within firewall configuration and management, NPS and Radius 
  • Monitoring solutions are familiar to you – you know your away around setting up monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga) or maintaining them (e.g. adding further endpoints via SNMPv3)
